It started with chicken nuggets. Next, breaded pork (schnitzel) became appealing. Last night, we moved into the realm of non-breaded meat......pork chops.
This is a monumental day for the Jensen family........

Oh wow, yea Jensens! Seafood isn't far off . . . (sure).
congrats! we had crock pot pork roast tonight and they ALL ate it! i'm going to write that in my journal.
thanks for sharing bc I now know what schnitzel is ... always wondered about that line in Sound of Music "schnitzel with noodles"
