A king is crowned

Our kids know good chocolate when they taste it, probably from a combination of tasting the good chocolate here in Germany and the sophisticated chocolate taste of my husband. They frequently make comments about lesser forms chocolate....."this isn't cocoa, it is hot milk," "this isn't a chocolate cookie, it is just brown."

I told them that they are used to having very rich cocoa because their dad likes to make it really thick with chocolate sludge on the bottom. They agreed. Because of the influence their dad they are lovers of dark, rich chocolate.

The other day Micah tried to pull one over on Greg. While Greg was getting the kids off to school, he asked Micah what I normally put in his lunch. Micah responded...."a sandwhich....and chocolate chips." "Really? Chocolate chips?" Greg responded. "No," said Micah, "but since you are the Chocolate king.....I thought I would try....."

LOL, The Chocolate king! What a funny boy. I too notice some chocolate pickiness in my kids, but some how they still choke down a hershey bar, which I would have to be in pretty serious chocolate depravation to do, so I guess they aren't that picky. :-)

Ha, look at him buttering up Greg. That's hilarious. I've recently realized the Jensens produce insanely smart, scheming children, and I am therefore screwed.

That story about Taylor exploding your friends' cake pan is insane.

HA! Anything is better with chocolate. I'll just start adding into all my foods.
